Customizing Folder ICON

1. Create a text file with a following contents and save it as    desktop.ini in the folder whose icon you wish to change.
   [.ShellClassInfo]
   ICONFILE=Path of the icon

Like
    [.ShellClassInfo]
    ICONFILE=c:\icons\simpsons.ico
 It is also possible to change this icon with
    [Autorun]
    ICON=Path of the Icon

2. Save this file whith a name autorun.inf
